By now you should have some ideas of 1)What you want to write about.i.e. Niche 2)Determined that there was a market for that Niche, we now arrive at the point of “How do I write/create all that information myself” and “How am I going to package this alltogether to sell online?”  These can be daunting tasks if you have to find out for yourself, however the following tips will help you immensely. 

“How do I create/write the information?”   in my experience online there seems to be 3 primary ways to do this..1)If you like to write, then you can create the product yourself, the product idea can be as simple as interviewing people on a topic you wish to promote, put this in an ebook format, viola’ instant product.  Hint….some of the top Internet Marketers got there start this way..i.e. by interviewing others around a topic and compiling it into electronic format. 2)You can hire a ‘ghostwriter” thru a service like www.elance.com, www.scriptlance.com or www.rentacoder etc.  

You provide them with a rough draft and outline of what you want accomplished and go from there. or 3) You can use information that has already been created online and rewrite it to fit your personality and tone.  There are many names for this, such as “Master Resale Rights” Private Label Rights” etc.    Again, some of the top Internet Marketers got there start this way and it is excellent method to start with.   A major advantage of this money making method is that the bulk  of the writing and graphics has been done.  You should rewrite portions of the material to make it reflect what you wish to say.  In addition to helping you create a product for sale there are many other revenue streams you can incorporate into this business model if done properly.

Yes it can!  As you start to look at online businesses one thing you will see come up consistently time and time again is that Selling Information is one of the top 5 Online businesses to start.  Why would this be?  a couple of reasons are that, there is no inventory to stock, the delivery of the product can be instant to your customers, just to name a few. 

Most people like this method of making money but then get stuck in “What kind of information” do I create and market.  There are many guides out there telling you what niche or idea to begin with however, here is a quick way to get started.   Write about  1)What you do for a living, 2)Write about your hobbies 3)Write about your Passions.   Those are 3 good places to start.   Your next step will be to determine if there is a Market for that Niche..DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!!!! 

If there is no market for this idea/niche it will simply become a labor of love and not a profit center for you.  If you are still having trouble trying to come up with a Niche my friends at Micro Niche Finder can help you.   Once you choose a Niche your best bet will be to write about “how to solve a problem” in either of those niches.  Why  write “How to information”  because people go online to find solutions i.e. “how to info” to there problems.  If you can provide and market that information you have the seeds of a great online business.   

Simply put, Affiliate marketing is a process by where you sell other peoples products, ebooks,software,etc and receive a commission for doing so.  The benefits to this method of making money are many, 1)you don’t have to spend time on developing a product,it’s already done!, 2)Market Affiliate products and build your own customer base who you can sell your own related products to at a later time and keep all the profits! 

Some examples of where you can find Affiliate products to sell are www.clickbank.com , Commission Junction,and www.paydotcom just to name a few.  Warning!!!! Even though this is a low cost method to test the online waters, you will find many exaggerated claims…I made $40,000.00 in an hour, 1 million in 2 days etc….  There may be some truth to these claims but I always prefer building my business foundation in Reality.  With that in mind I would encourage you to find affiliate programs that teach you how to make your first $500 or $1000 within a resonable amount of time and build from there. 

The two affiliate programs that I’ve personally participated in and recommend would be Derrick Van Dykes “Affiliate Cash Secrets“  and Stone Evans “Plug in Profit” system.   Many people who have done well in Affiliate marketing actually got there start with one or both of these programs.   I’ve found the customer service  with both programs to very helpful and one or both of these programs I believe will be a good starting point for you in Affiliate marketing.

If your new to Online Businesses then this Idea “Start Your eBay Business today!” will be a great start point for you.    One of the best things about starting an eBay business is that you will already have a large audience waiting for you to market to them!   This for no other reason would be why I suggest starting with eBay, most people try to build something online and then wonder where or who to market to, eBay solves that issue as stated above.   

Here are some ways that you can utilize eBay to make an Online Income..  Start by selling your items around the house, in my experience I’ve found most people usually have $400-$1000 in unused items they are no longer using.  This is a good starting point and will give you some experience in how to setup an auction, list an item etc.  

At some point however, you will run out of inventory here and need to look for other things to sell.   Here are some ways to find inventory 1)Find bargains at local garage sales          2)Using your new knowledge, sell on Consignment for others either Individuals or Businesses, 3)Purchase items from a Storage Unit Auction to resell(this has worked well for me many times when in a cash crunch, I’ve average $700-$1000 in total sales) 4)Business to Business Sales, Look for a Profitable Niche, Approach small business owners an Offer to sell for them on Consignment, i.e. you become there online sales force for a fee!  5) If your an existing small business owner you can also  use eBay to test the acceptance of a new product line,or liquidate old ones, before you invest huge amounts of money up front.  6)Lastly, for Business Owners, Use eBay as a VERY EFFECTIVE lead generator to drive sales back to your own website and keep all the sales income!

If you have ever been downsized in a job, needed extra money, or simply wanted to escape the Corporate Rat Race, the question “How do I get started Making Money Online? often comes up.  Unfortunately for many when they start down this path they are often overwhelmed with information on various opportunities.   Since you really may not know what kind of Online Businesses there are when you start your quest it’s ok at this point to explore various possibilites. 

 After you’ve had some time to review different online businesses you’ll want to refine the review/selection process or you’ll be in danger of “Information Overload”.   This is where most people freeze up or stop altogether because they have no focus or direction.  The answer to this “info Overload” problem can usually be solved by asking this simple question……What kind of Online Business fits my Lifestyle, Budget and Personality?  That question alone will save you enormous amounts of time and point you in the direction of an Online venture that is uniquely suited to you. 

In my case I came from the Silicon Valley California work 24/7 environment, since I was limited on time I chose an online business,building blogs, that allowed me to leverage my time and make money 24/7 while I was at work.   This was a very obvious choice for me based on time,budget and interest however,  this may or may not be the right direction for you.   So where do you start?
